This was the first time I've ordered from FATC, and I have to say I'm very impressed. I asked that the flowers be delivered at a certain time, and they were. The place/person that I wanted them delivered to was not available, so the deliveryman called me. I told him to go to an alternate address, which he did. That did not work out either, so I told him to bring them to my house, which he did. In essence, he delivered the flowers on time to 3 different places.
The flowers themselves were beautiful, of exceptionally high quality and lasted for a long time.

The service was excellent. I made a mistake in the delivery address. I was contacted on the date of delivery and the driver went out of their way to contact me and get the correct info. They also offered to deliver past working hours. I asked them to just deliver on a different day, which they did. The flowers were gorgeous!
